About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct admissions, leave, and termination processes with excellence, ensuring a positive and organized experience at every stage;
- Process and reconcile payroll, ensuring all calculations and entries are accurate and submitted on time;
- Manage the timekeeping system (Ahgora), the hours bank, and perform the monthly closing, ensuring compliance and transparency in the process;
- Administer the full benefits lifecycle (VT, VR, Health Plan, etc.), from procurement and cost allocation to vendor negotiations, ensuring our benefits package is competitive and well managed;
- Oversee e-Social management, the submission of declarations (SEFIP, DCTFWeb, DIRF, RAIS), and labor union relations, including calculation of collective bargaining adjustments and updating internal policies;
- Manage the PCMSO, coordinate periodic medical examinations, and ensure all reports and certifications are kept up to date;
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing questions about Personnel Department routines with empathy and efficiency, acting as a true ambassador for our area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying or graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
- Previous experience with payroll processes, onboarding, termination, leave management, and benefits administration;
- Familiarity with e-Social, electronic timekeeping systems, and labor legislation;
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors and Ahgora is a strong plus;
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and—above all—excellent communication and empathy when working with people.
