About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the DATEV team in the technical support of approximately 600 internal DATEV users in Germany
Handle incidents, analyze and resolve issues (2nd-level support for users)
Act as liaison to the software vendor (3rd-level support)
Implement, test and document DATEV change requests
Design, organize and deliver application training sessions
Provide telephone support with remote access to users' devices for daily support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a tax clerk, tax specialist, accountant, or several years of equivalent professional experience
Strong knowledge in functional and application-specific support of various DATEV solutions in the areas of tax and practice accounting
Knowledge of DATEV Unternehmen Online, DATEV Abschlussprüfung classic, and DATEV DMS is an advantage
Enjoy teaching and conveying training content, and creating internal documentation
