About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monthly billing of our services as well as review and processing of incoming invoices
- Scheduling and organization of appointments
- Responsibility for document management and data maintenance, as well as preparation of quotes and presentations
- Support and development of daily administrative processes (e.g., handling the shared inbox, placing various orders, receiving and forwarding telephone calls, staffing the reception)
- Preparation and execution of events and client functions; flexible working hours (Mon–Fri)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration or a related field
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable and independent working style with strong self-management and time-management skills
- Strong service orientation combined with excellent organizational ability
- Initiative, a friendly manner, and team spirit are a matter of course for you
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1) both written and spoken
