HR Systems Internship – m/f/d
Rödl & PartnerHR Intern supporting our HR team with IT systems and project management in Nürnberg. Collaborating on process optimization and taking responsibility for sub-projects within the HR sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our HR team in operational day-to-day tasks with a focus on our HR IT systems: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and Aconso
- Actively contribute to process optimization and the maintenance of our HR data
- Support ongoing projects, e.g. international roll-outs, with exposure to the full project lifecycle
- Independently take on subprojects and actively shape your own area of responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable degree program
- Interest in digital HR trends and enjoyment of working with personnel processes and IT systems
- Initial practical experience in the HR field is an advantage but not required
- Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation and openness to new topics and challenges
