About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advising the federal government, state and municipal authorities as well as their companies and other public-sector entities on European and national public procurement law and public economic law
Drafting legal opinions, court filings, (corporate) contracts and statutes
Preparing and managing national and EU-wide tenders for the procurement of construction, services and supplies
Taking on individual mandates and providing independent legal advice
Representing our clients’ interests in administrative and judicial proceedings as well as before procurement review boards and senates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed law degree and legal clerkship (Referendariat) with strong grades
Willingness to specialize in public economic law and procurement law and interest in the economic aspects of the public sector
Passion for resolving complex legal issues
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams to develop forward-looking solutions
Strong legal writing skills combined with persuasive argumentation
