About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct internal (remote) workshops on intelligent automation, including advising international departments on process optimization
Contribute to and further develop AI training programs for a broader audience
Support the international citizen-developer network and identify automation opportunities
Provide lateral leadership to the development team in India
Perform initial assessments of automation and AI requests (feasibility, value, implementation) and manage and track them
Enhance the "Automation Store" and promote reusability, efficiency, and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI tools)
Hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Power Apps
Knowledge of Document Understanding and agentic automation
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to complex business processes
Team-oriented, communicative, and proficient in German and English (including technical topics)
