About the role
- Contributing to audit and advisory projects for national and international clients in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of corporate governance systems
- Conducting internal audit reviews across various business processes and functional areas
- Advising on and assessing compliance with supervisory and regulatory requirements
- Structuring and presenting work results to our clients
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and IT specialists
- Further developing our services in response to changes in legal requirements
- Working on diverse project assignments with exposure to different industries, business models and company areas
Requirements
- Initial relevant experience in GRC or experience in advisory or audit environments
- Several years of professional experience in GRC or in advisory/audit environments (Senior Consultant)
- Degree in economics/business administration, law, or a related field
- Academic focus on auditing, accounting or GRC is a plus
- Initial project management experience or willingness to grow into this role
- High willingness to learn, analytical skills, strong communication skills and self‑initiative
- Enthusiasm for using new technologies, especially AI
- Business‑fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
