About the role
- Participation in advising and supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs (and their families) and family offices in the areas of succession, wealth and foundations
- Development of succession concepts and subsequent implementation (drafting wills, preparing gift agreements and company formations)
- Drafting expert opinions, legal briefs and contract drafts, as well as supporting court and administrative proceedings
- Support in interdisciplinary projects and professional publications, and assistance at events
- Legal and economic research and analysis of recent case law
Requirements
- Successfully completed First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen)
- Interest in holistic advisory work for high-net-worth individuals in an international context
- Quick comprehension combined with analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English
