About the role

  • Participate in SAP HCM implementation and migration projects, from conception to technical implementation through customizing (configuration)
  • Support and further develop the SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on HCM modules such as Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT) and Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Assist business units with questions about internal SAP HCM processes and analyze and optimize business processes
  • Optimize and administer the SAP HCM application and its connected systems via interfaces
  • Point of contact for 2nd- and 3rd-level support, particularly supporting SAP users in error analysis and resolution
  • Manage, monitor and configure interfaces to SuccessFactors and Concur

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification
  • Practical professional experience supporting SAP HCM modules (especially PY and PT), including customizing skills, and experience with other HR systems
  • Coordination of internal and external resources
  • Programming skills are an advantage but not required
  • Domain-specific process understanding of SAP HCM processes
  • IT/technical affinity and a strong interest in new SAP HCM topics (e.g., e‑recruitment, SuccessFactors, Concur)
  • Quick comprehension and a goal-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills and a confident presence
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
