About the role
- Project management for national and international engagements
- Company valuations, purchase price allocations (PPAs) under IFRS
- Impairment tests under IAS 36 & IDW RS HFA 10
- Valuations for inheritance and tax purposes
- M&A valuation and financial modeling
- Participation in the preparation of fairness opinions
- Further development of and prospective leadership for the Valuation team
- Contribution to internal digitalization and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- University degree with above-average grades
- Several years of professional experience in corporate finance advisory
- Focus on company valuations
- Confident presence
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong analytical capabilities

- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
