About the role

  • Develop and execute performance marketing, digital innovation, and direct-to-consumer E-commerce sales strategy for ONE/SIZE Beauty
  • Hold full Digital P&L accountability and drive top-and-bottom-line growth
  • Develop brand digital ecosystem and technical stack; define and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, social, planning, finance, marketing) and external partners/vendors; report directly to the O/S President
  • Lead and mentor E-commerce and Digital team and agency partners; oversee Director Ecommerce, Digital Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, and the CRM Manager
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales, conversion, and traffic goals while optimizing ROI and KPI metrics
  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing budget and tactics across paid social, SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Display & Retargeting
  • Devise an analytics framework (clickstream analysis, media mix modeling, web analytics) to guide decisions
  • Develop engaging, high-converting content and promotion calendar for D2C flagship to drive traffic and conversion
  • Lead UX/UI strategy and optimize website experience including navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
  • Oversee retention marketing, CRM, loyalty, email/SMS strategies to increase customer retention and return customer revenue
  • Manage global DTC Ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy & development, budgeting, promotional campaigns, analytics, customer service, and new technology
  • Provide DTC sales plans, regular forecasting and analysis
  • Provide thought leadership on operational aspects of E-commerce including logistics, demand and supply planning, and forecasting
  • Evangelize marketing and E-commerce technology and apply best practices across brand channels
  • Spearhead TikTok Shop strategy, integration, merchandising, pricing, content, and performance optimization

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in performance marketing and ECommerce with demonstrated P&L responsibility
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Web project management experience
  • Strong understanding of ECommerce platforms and the partners/technologies needed to create a seamless user experience
  • Strong understanding of online sales and marketing channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • College degree
  • Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and a problem solver
  • Highly analytical and conversion/ROI focused
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work PST hours; West Coast candidates preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required for remote work
  • Must be able to travel frequently and lift up to 30 pounds at times
