- 2-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager at a B2B software company
- Managed a dedicated portfolio of accounts
- Experience with customer success tools and software
- Strong technical skills
- Data-driven with a bias towards action
- High emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Zoom/Video Chat experience
