About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement and oversee the operation and maintenance strategies for our Qwello UK charging infrastructure
  • Use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas of improvement
  • Collect and analyse data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports
  • Manage the interactions with the internal technical service team
  • Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with external companies to ensure high quality and timely execution of tasks
  • Proactively share your expertise and insights to elevate the team’s knowledge and performance
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between the technical service team, parent company and management
  • Create and implement maintenance processes
  • Provide support to project managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Initial EV experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for all maintenance-related issues
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights in writing
  • Ability to self-organise and lead in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
  • Willingness to travel throughout UK
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language knowledge is a plus
  • Qualified electrician with Level 3 electrical installation qualification and 18th Edition BS 7671 is a plus
  • Linux knowledge would be a plus
