About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Qwello’s business operations in Poland across sales, business development, construction, and maintenance
  • Derive market segments and the according approaches with relevant portfolio and product features to match our customer requirements and exceed their expectations
  • Drive strategic growth by expanding the customer base in public and semi-public spaces and participating in relevant tenders
  • Ensure effective project execution, from site acquisition to installation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Build and manage local teams and collaborate with international colleagues across departments
  • Structure, document, and optimize workflows using internal tools (e.g., CRM), ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in infrastructure or technology-driven industries
  • Proven track record in B2G (business-to-government) environments, working with public institutions, municipalities, or cities
  • Experience with EV charging, energy, or related infrastructure is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to self-organize and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is essential
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
