About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to station design and development
- Conduct site visits before and during construction
- Assist Project Managers (PMs) in managing relationships with external stakeholders (ENEDIS, inspection bodies, etc.)
- Support PMs with subsidy requests and follow-up with public entities
- Assist the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance for EV chargers
- Contribute to the commissioning of new EV stations
- Coordinate with maintenance companies to plan and track interventions
- Support the team with inventory management and tracking processes
- Help the operations team identify and standardize processes and workflows
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine actions and strategies
- Prepare a monthly operations report
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in engineering software tools (CAD suites, etc.), Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Good understanding of the energy transition, construction, electricity, and maintenance
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Holder of a valid Category B driving license
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional in-office days at our Paris office
