About the role
- Envisioning, designing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions that align with clients' strategic goals
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on the Salesforce platform, best practices, and architectural patterns
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Guiding the development team throughout the implementation process
- Ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that meet evolving needs
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and demonstrated experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Proven ability to lead technical design sessions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
- Expertise in Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns
- Expertise in data modeling, migration, and integration strategies. Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with version control systems (i.e. Git)
- Experience with third party deployment tools (i.e. Gearset or Copado)
- Understanding of DevOps processes, continuous integration, and deployment best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Expertise in Salesforce DX and CLI tools
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire development teams
- Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
