About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic clinical voice across Periop and PCC product lines.
- Leverage expertise in pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative nursing, and clinical workflow design.
- Partner with clinical directors to ensure product decisions reflect actual care practices.
- Drive expansion through clinical insights and own clinical workflow design and signoff.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active clinical license: RN with advanced practice and/or executive credentials (CNOR preferred), CRNA, PA-C, or MD/DO.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in operational or clinical leadership roles.
- Direct, hands-on experience with operations such as pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative service line leadership, OR scheduling, or anesthesia department operations.
- Track record of leading clinical teams through significant workflow changes.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior clinical leaders and collaborating with frontline staff.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, owning outcomes, and making decisions across functions.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
