Serve as a strategic clinical voice across Periop and PCC product lines.
Leverage expertise in pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative nursing, and clinical workflow design.
Partner with clinical directors to ensure product decisions reflect actual care practices.
Drive expansion through clinical insights and own clinical workflow design and signoff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active clinical license: RN with advanced practice and/or executive credentials (CNOR preferred), CRNA, PA-C, or MD/DO.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in operational or clinical leadership roles.
Direct, hands-on experience with operations such as pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative service line leadership, OR scheduling, or anesthesia department operations.
Track record of leading clinical teams through significant workflow changes.
Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior clinical leaders and collaborating with frontline staff.
Strong cross-functional operating skills, owning outcomes, and making decisions across functions.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
