Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and adoption of a data-driven analytics platform impacting perioperative efficiency, clinician workflows, and patient outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or performance improvement within healthcare or a related domain
Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL required; experience with BI tools like Looker/Tableau)
Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and recommendations
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business teams
3+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing talent
Experience driving projects from problem definition through execution and measurable impact.
