About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and drive large-scale IT projects, including enterprise system modernization, OMS related initiatives, and cloud migration programs.
Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee project execution from initiation to go live.
Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Partner with business teams, IT teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors to align project objectives and outcomes.
Lead system modernization and IT transformation initiatives that contribute to the organization's long-term strategic goals.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and support executive decision making.
Drive organizational transformation through effective project governance and stakeholder management.
Lead and guide project members as a project manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven experience leading system implementation, system development, or application development projects.
Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and release.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and hands-on project management experience.
Background as a software/development engineer, or practical experience working for an SIer (System Integrator) or within a corporate IT department.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects (歓迎条件).
Experience leading IT projects within a consulting firm environment (歓迎条件).
Experience with core business systems such as OMS, ERP, or SAP (歓迎条件).
Experience leading on-premises to cloud migration projects (歓迎条件).
