• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including opening and closing requisitions, conducting phone and AI screenings, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, gathering feedback, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including client onboarding, orientation, HRIS and client documentation, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate employee offboarding to ensure a smooth and respectful transition, including conducting exit interviews for voluntary separations.
• Maintain accurate, current employee records, documents, and internal HR files across trackers and the ADP HRIS system.
• Manage inboxes and administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, email organization, feedback consolidation, ad hoc meeting requests, and correspondence.

Compliance

• The Compliance Analyst (GRC/RMF Focused) supports governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives by developing, maintaining, and managing security documentation and compliance artifacts aligned with federal standards.
• This role plays a key part in supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, continuous monitoring, and authorization efforts across federal and regulated environments.
• This role requires strong expertise in NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and related guidance, with the ability to translate technical system configurations into clear, audit-ready documentation.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple compliance workstreams while engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compliance Analyst, GRC/RMF

Solutions Engineer

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding into SIEM/XDR/MDR platforms, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Configure and validate Microsoft security services, including Defender XDR and Purview
• Onboard and integrate data sources (identity, endpoint, cloud, SaaS, network logs) into security platforms
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or similar SOAR tools
• Work closely with customers to gather requirements, validate configurations, and support go-live readiness

Customer Onboarding Engineer, Security & Compliance

DevOps Engineer

• The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for Azure Government & Infrastructure plays a critical role in ensuring the resilience, security, and scalability of the cloud environments supporting Quzara’s Cybertorch™ platform and customer services.
• Design and secure Azure Government networking architecture, including management of NSGs, Azure Firewall, VNETs, and segmented subnets to support zero-trust policies.
• Develop automated patching pipelines using Azure Automation, Terraform, or Ansible to ensure system-wide compliance with STIG and other federal standards.
• Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) strategies, including Azure Site Recovery, for all infrastructure underpinning Cybertorch™ MDR services.
• Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure for secure remote access, including session host management, scaling policies, and user access control.
• Manage and rotate SSL/TLS certificates for internet-facing assets in coordination with security operations and DevSecOps teams.
• Proactively monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and security posture using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cost governance tools.
• Collaborate closely with Security Engineers, Compliance Advisors, and SOC staff to ensure that infrastructure is aligned with technical controls across FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC frameworks.
• Provide infrastructure input and evidence for audits, documentation packages, and continuous monitoring activities.
