Product Manager

• Own and execute Qureight's product strategy across software and AI.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for Qureight's Imaging Platform, deep-learning HRCT models and data science products. Have a clear vision for product architecture.
• Translate business goals into product features that delight, whilst incorporating workflow automations and AI to scale customer and revenue growth through technology rather than people.
• Maintain a deep understanding of user needs through user and customer research, market data, and experimentation.
• Be the go-to person for understanding competitors’ offerings and analysis, alongside market needs.
• Work with cross-functional development teams spanning software development, machine learning science and engineering, data engineering, test engineering, and DevOps/MLOps.
• Support and lead a high-performing and matrixed team that blends deep technical excellence with strategic product thinking.
• Ensure software and AI systems meet the necessary standards of security, reliability, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to Programme Management, Quality and Regulatory, Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Leadership teams to ensure all efforts are integrated and aligned

Head of Product Management

Data Engineer

• **What you will do**
• - Collaborate on designing and implementing new data infrastructure and pipelines preparing data for large-scale ML workflows
• - Care about data quality, and ensuring the pipelines you build are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• - Work with DICOM data to feed into foundation model and disease-specific imaging model development
• - Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and other Data Engineers to create a tight feedback loop and ensure the end-to-end process is effective and efficient
• - Ensure that our data processes have quality and compliance designed in from the start to make reproducibility, lineage tracking, and data quality painless
• - Scale pipelines to handle millions of scans – ingesting the imaging data, transforming it, filtering and structuring ready for foundation model development.

Data Engineer – Science

• Design and implement data processing plans in clinical trials, through design, testing, deployment, and maintenance to specific trial protocol requirements
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Infrastructure teams, Data Scientists, and Data Managers to pull together effective data tooling
• Turn your hand to multiple different datasets and transfer methods for multimodal healthcare data, integrating HRCT imaging and clinical metadata
• Care about data quality, and ensuring the pipelines you build are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• Ensure that our data processes have quality and compliance designed in from the start to make reproducibility, lineage tracking, and data quality painless
• Own project data delivery and help shape automation of regulatory compliance.

Controller

• **You will be responsible for...**
• - Managing all day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• - Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting and analysing any variances, proposing corrective measures to the business where necessary.
• - Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements.
• - Creating reports for Board and Senior Management which identify results, trends and forecasts.
• - Ensuring all transactions are recorded and reported in accordance with GAAP.
• - Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
• - Support the HR Team with Payroll and Pensions.
• - Coordinating the management of cash flow, debt, debt collection and foreign exchange.
• - Actively supervising, managing and coaching the financial team.
• - Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required.
• - Supporting the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes.

• Maintain and operate a cloud infrastructure platform to support a SaaS software product
• Maintain a Machine Learning experiment and development environment infrastructure
• Work with internal teams to monitor and deploy production, development, and research environments
• Improve and maintain good practice and processes for deployment, security, and reliability at scale.
• Operate and maintain the cloud infrastructure deployed within our AWS environment
