About the role
- Deploy, maintain and document operating system upgrades, patches, and configurations to support enterprise workstations and software management framework and associated systems
- Work with and support different areas of IT (Systems, Network, and Application Development) during implementation, documentation, and support
- Develop small to medium size project plans and identify important deliverables, resource requirements, and sources of funding, and manages expense tracking
- Script software and security packages that are pushed to companywide end-user computers using technology we have within the infrastructure (Jamf)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or a combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time
