About the role

  • Oversee a team of digital designers responsible for creating site assets, email graphics, SMS visuals, and digital marketing materials for both Frontgate and Grandin Road
  • Work closely with the Director of UX & Design in the centralized eCommerce team to deliver assets for new on-site experiences and digital initiatives
  • Partner with the Manager of eCommerce Digital Production to intake digital creative briefs, clarify requirements, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Ensure all digital assets are on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for performance across channels
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to drive efficiency and maintain high standards of quality
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual, UI/UX, Web, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital design for web, email, mobile, and digital marketing programs
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of digital designers
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of current digital design standards and best practices for web, email, and digital marketing
  • Experience collaborating with UX, eCommerce, and production teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
