About the role
- Partner with People teams and Centres of Excellence to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Systems solutions
- Lead the design, configuration and delivery of enhancements across HR systems, especially Kronos
- Provide expert production support, resolving system and data integrity issues
- Collaborate with Technology and external vendors on integrations, testing and secure data transfers
- Create clear documentation and support materials
- Act as a trusted contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
Requirements
- Proven experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems, ideally Kronos
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with sensitive data
- Clear understanding of security, privacy and governance principles
- Understanding of software design, deployment and change methodologies
- Confidence to communicate complex technical information clearly
