About the role

  • Independently maintaining priority calendar, assigned brands, categories, and generic promotions for the Electronics division
  • Develop content strategy for the category, brand, and products
  • Utilize sales and metrics to create Digital experience, identify new selling methods
  • Lead category initiatives and present in brand/category Strategy meetings
  • Partner with planning and merchandising to drive the off-air business
  • Review and approve product content to meet the strategy
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and planning to strategize driving items, brands, categories
  • Partner with Analytics team to identify gaps for improving performance
  • Use data-driven insights to develop initiatives for shopping relevance
  • Work with vendors and guests to develop category/brand appropriate recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience
  • 3 plus years' experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Understanding of hard goods retail space – specifically Electronics is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics & Microstrategy is preferred.
