About the role
- As the central point of contact for our employees, your daily on-site presence at our Hückelhoven logistics center is essential.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Creating and maintaining personnel files
- Sorting, preparing, and sending documents
- Forwarding and coordinating inquiries with the People Coordinators
- General administrative support for the People Coordinators
Requirements
- A commercial/administrative vocational qualification or relevant prior experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent German language skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High team orientation
- English skills are a plus
