About the role
- Deliver Team Members HR Service support to managers and Team Members
- Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, providing high-quality, timely and professional customer service
- Perform HR data entry into HR system and resolve tickets (ticketing system: Service Now)
- Take initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of People policies, practices, and procedures, create process maps where applicable
- Perform duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Speak very good English and Italian (C1 level minimum)
- Eager to develop within the field of HR
- Customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
- Present excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and a strong working knowledge of MS Office would be a strong asset, not a must-have
- Experience using Case Management software would be an asset, not a must-have
