About the role
- Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System
- Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
- Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
- Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
- Provides quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinates cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
- Tracks cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
- Conducts audits of HR system data and analyzes audit data to identify issues
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least B2)
- Has experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
- Advocates for change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
- Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
- Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
