About the role

  • Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System
  • Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
  • Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
  • Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
  • Provides quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinates cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
  • Tracks cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
  • Conducts audits of HR system data and analyzes audit data to identify issues

Requirements

  • Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least B2)
  • Has experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
  • Advocates for change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
  • Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
  • Works independently and as a team member
