About the role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights, calibrating on talent profiles, and influencing hiring decisions
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our employer brand and values
- Use data to inform your approach—tracking pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving outcomes
- Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing that elevate our collective capabilities
- Partner with our Employer Brand and TA Operations colleagues to amplify reach and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- meaningful time recruiting in technology, digital product, data/analytics, or related disciplines
- 5+ years experience filling complex, senior-level roles in the Technology field or sector
- 5+ years experience translating corporate priorities into candidate requirements for hire
- 5+ years experience using recruitment data to develop strategy for niche and challenging roles
- 5+ years experience leading recruitment project and process improvements
