About the role
- Perform weekly/monthly budget and forecast reports
- Participate in month-end close
- Perform financial analysis including working capital, budgeting, cost analysis and financial and expense performance
- Perform financial analysis of business trends
- Gather and reconcile financial information for analysis
- Create and maintain analytical comparisons and reports
- Research publicly traded competitor information
- Help improve current reporting processes to make them more efficient (ongoing packages, and key metrics reports)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Curious, analytical and deadline-oriented
- Intermediate or better knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Lawson and Anaplan
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using Power BI
