About the role
- As a dual student at QVC, you will spend the majority of your time in the Human Resources department
- You will rotate through various HR areas such as recruiting, payroll and HR administration, gaining a comprehensive insight into modern HR practices
- You will actively participate in HR projects and take on responsibility early — from analysis through to implementation
- You will contribute your own ideas and help shape processes to further develop QVC as an attractive employer
- In addition, you will rotate through other departments such as marketing, purchasing, eCommerce and controlling, gaining broad insight into the world of retail and e-commerce
Requirements
- You have completed the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) with very good results
- You have strong verbal expression, quick comprehension and analytical thinking
- You are very confident in English and in mathematics
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- You are responsible, able to concentrate well, and work independently and carefully
