About the role

  • Support QVC and HSN operations, responsible for inbound or outbound operations
  • Maintain safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain
  • Hire and develop management and hourly teams
  • Work support the team on nights, Wednesday-Saturday
  • Establish procedures, metrics, and processes for teams
  • Develop operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Guide strategic planning and forecasting
  • Develop teammates for career progression and learning
  • Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities
  • Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve fulfillment and operational insights

Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience
  • Experience developing and managing 50+ employees
  • At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment
  • Experience using Kaizens or process improvement
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience
