About the role
- Responsible for planning and implementing complex projects – nationally and internationally.
- Defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements; preparing project descriptions and specifications.
- Coordinating and leading all project-related meetings; managing and steering collaboration with internal QVC departments and external suppliers.
- Evaluating innovative solutions and project ideas, developing concepts, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Regular reporting to supervisors, project sponsors and the steering committee, as well as change management.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, or comparable vocational qualification;
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in project management.
- Excellent coordination and time-management skills.
- Solid knowledge of project management (Waterfall and Agile, tools such as Jira and Confluence), intralogistics and supply chain management, and business administration.
- Advanced German and English language skills.
- Confident user of MS Office and IT systems, with strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills.
