About the role
- Lead a team of Account Executives to reach sales targets
- Set quotas and evaluate performance
- Develop processes that drive sales at Quorum
- Monitor pipeline size and provide actionable advice
- Maintain an accurate pipeline with winning plans
- Improve team member close rates through coaching
- Participate in monthly forecasting meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to coach and develop a sales team
- Willingness to get involved in direct sales when necessary
