About the role

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to reach sales targets
  • Set quotas and evaluate performance
  • Develop processes that drive sales at Quorum
  • Monitor pipeline size and provide actionable advice
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline with winning plans
  • Improve team member close rates through coaching
  • Participate in monthly forecasting meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to coach and develop a sales team
  • Willingness to get involved in direct sales when necessary
