About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You ensure new clinics successfully start using our platform.
  • You understand technical requirements, coordinate internal teams and guide customers step-by-step to go-live.
  • Lead the technical onboarding of new clinics — from initial intake to go-live.
  • Understand technical requirements, interfaces, processes and data flows in practical terms, and translate them into clear language for customers.
  • Coordinate all relevant internal teams (Product, Tech, Content, Marketing) to ensure a smooth setup of our software.
  • Conduct customer trainings, workshops and process analyses, and stay one step ahead of customer requests.
  • Build and maintain your network around your key accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong technical understanding — ideally experience with software onboardings, SaaS, APIs, integrations or data structures.
  • Some project management experience, e.g., in implementation projects or complex customer processes.
  • Ability to explain technical content clearly — both to IT departments and clinical/medical teams.
  • Customer orientation, empathy and enthusiasm for successfully implementing digital solutions in healthcare.
  • Structured way of working, high degree of autonomy, and an ownership mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and good English skills for internal communication.
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, hospital processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis or process documentation.
