You support our team in assisting and guiding patients.
You communicate with patients by phone and in writing, helping to answer questions quickly and professionally.
You assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with our international clinic partners.
You maintain data and information in our systems, ensuring high data quality.
You work closely with experienced colleagues and gain valuable insights into the operations of an international healthcare company.
You support various projects and contribute your own ideas to further improve our processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled at a university or college.
You have native-level German proficiency.
You can communicate internally in English with ease.
Initial experience in customer service, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or in student roles is an advantage but not required.
Communication is your strength: you enjoy engaging with people, are enthusiastic about phone communication, and can express yourself clearly, persuasively, and empathetically.
You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and take responsibility for your results.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not a requirement.
You are motivated to learn new things and to develop personally.
