Requirements

  • You have full working proficiency in German and English and are equally comfortable speaking with patients in either language
  • You have professional experience in sales and customer service, e.g., hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or call center environments
  • You are highly communicative — you enjoy talking to people and on the phone, and can express yourself clearly and professionally
  • You are motivated, structured, and service-oriented — you persist until you achieve your goals
  • Professional healthcare experience is a strong plus
