About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each of them receives first-class advice
- With your empathy and natural charm, you build trust and make patients feel comfortable booking their treatment through us
- You guide patients through the entire process — from the initial phone call and travel arrangements to liaising with clinics and the medical procedure
- Don’t like cold calling? With us, you only work with pre-filtered leads

Requirements
- You have full working proficiency in German and English and are equally comfortable speaking with patients in either language
- You have professional experience in sales and customer service, e.g., hospitality, hotel industry, retail, or call center environments
- You are highly communicative — you enjoy talking to people and on the phone, and can express yourself clearly and professionally
- You are motivated, structured, and service-oriented — you persist until you achieve your goals
- Professional healthcare experience is a strong plus
