Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
Partner with customers to establish clear goals, scope, timelines, and success measures
Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and momentum

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level projects through all phases of delivery, with proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in a client-facing role
Proven experience managing projects across Microsoft AI, cloud, infrastructure, data, and application delivery environments
Strong ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders
Experience leading distributed teams and navigating delivery across time zones
Comfortable guiding multiple workstreams, project teams, and smaller customer programs concurrently
A customer‑first mindset with a track record of driving outcomes—not just managing tasks
Confidence facilitating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and managing change
Project management and Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM are strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project delivery platforms
Hands-on experience managing Scrum delivery
