Key responsibilities & impact
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the evolution and execution of Lean, performance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable and sustainable results.
  • Drive Operational Impact: Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency across the end-to-end operations value chain.
  • Enable Scalable Execution: Develop and implement structured project management frameworks to support and track operational improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Problem Solving: Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts, empowering teams at all levels to address challenges effectively.
  • Build Organizational Capability: Design and deliver training programs that strengthen knowledge and application of Lean and world-class operations principles.
  • Develop & Coach Talent: Partner with leaders and teams to embed a continuous improvement mindset, fostering engagement, accountability, and cultural transformation.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Analyze operational data and KPIs to uncover trends, inform priorities, and guide strategic improvements.
  • Advance Business Intelligence: Partner with analytics teams to build and enhance business intelligence reporting aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Standardize Best Practices: Ensure processes are clearly documented and continuously improved through SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards.
  • Optimize Warehouse Design: Lead slotting optimization strategies for both new and existing facilities to maximize space utilization and productivity.
  • Drive Innovation: Serve as a role model for continuous improvement by leveraging innovation, including emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
  • Aligning with Business Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to ensure improvement initiatives support broader organizational goals and long-term growth.
  • Change Leadership Champion organizational change: Influence and guide change across the organization by building alignment, trust, and shared ownership.
  • Lead transformation initiatives: Drive the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies that enhance operational performance.
  • Enable successful transitions: Design and implement thoughtful change strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Partner for impact: Collaborate with leadership to assess business impacts, proactively address resistance, and build a culture of adaptability and resilience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field— or equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic and operational mindset: Able to connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • People-first leadership: A hands-on leader who builds strong partnerships in the field while maintaining discipline around process and performance.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments: Comfortable navigating and leading in high-velocity, evolving operational settings.
