About the role
- Work side-by-side with QA technician to learn daily warehouse procedures
- Inspect incoming products of all proteins for wholesomeness, quality and specification compliance.
- Develop product specifications or review existing product specs
- Review and update product data in the company’s database
- Review and update product Harmonize Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes in company’s database
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Active food science or culinary student – Junior/Senior preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
