About the role
- Define and maintain the organization’s process framework, taxonomy, and ownership model
- Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to map AS-IS processes
- Maintain a centralized process inventory with clear ownership
- Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Coach teams on process discipline and continuous improvement tools
Requirements
- Advanced process analysis and mapping skills (BPMN, SIPOC)
- Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Minit)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Facilitation and change management skills
- Strong collaboration with delivery, operations and risk
