About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies
- Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Assist with the design of job descriptions
- Source candidates through databases and social media
- Conduct pre-screen interviews
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with managers and/or directors to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria
- Maintain database of candidate records for active and passive applicants
- Attract suitable candidates through various channels
- Responsible for all internal and external job posting and advertisement processes
- Collaborate with HR and Operations during the offer process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME recruiting
- Familiarity with Paylocity recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Microsoft office suite skills
