Business Development Representative, BDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
- Use high volume outreach to execute a consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners.
- Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot, utilizing data to identify market trends and territory opportunities.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover pain points in a partner’s current oral care offerings.
- Develop and test timely engagement hooks to turn cold leads into warm partnerships.
- Map out the decision making structure of each practice to connect with specific clinical champions.
- Analyze HubSpot data to identify effective outreach methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role. Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals.
- A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
