About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for our Enterprise Technology, System Integrator (SI) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partnerships in the DACH region
- You define strategy, objectives and action plans
- You establish a regular cadence with each partner
- You become the primary internal point of contact for partner technology, offerings and go-to-market strategy
- You develop joint campaigns with the marketing team
- You translate partner strategies into clear messages for our leadership
- You provide accurate forecasts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English
- Proven experience as a Partner Manager (or in a comparable role) with measurable revenue impact
- End-to-end ownership of partner relationships
- Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles (6–9 months are typical)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Nice to have: background in HR tech, workforce management or payroll
