About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as liaison between renowned clients and the development team
Identify clients' needs and requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding technical questions or change requests
Perform quality assurance and approve system adjustments after successful testing
Record knowledge in internal documentation
Occasional travel within Europe to support clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the travel industry
Experience with reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is an advantage
Experience with Scrum working methods is an advantage
Strong communication skills
Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
IT affinity
English language skills are required
