About the role
- Serve as the interface between clients and the development team
- Identify customer needs and develop solutions
- Act as the point of contact for clients regarding questions or change requests
- Ensure quality through testing (quality assurance)
- Document internal knowledge
- Occasional travel within Europe to support clients
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry is desirable
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is an advantage
- Experience with Scrum/agile working methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- Strong IT affinity required
- English language skills are necessary; further training or advanced study possible
