About the role
- Act as the interface between customers and the development team
- Identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Serve as the point of contact for technical questions or change requests
- Ensure quality and approve system adaptations after testing
- Document knowledge
- Support customers on-site and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is an advantage
- Experience with Scrum working methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- IT affinity
- Proficiency in English is required
