About the role
- You design and are responsible for the functional development of our products together with your colleagues, aligned with our strategic goals.
- You support and accompany our teams from concept and planning through implementation and operation of our excellent products and their processes.
- You keep your team’s topics firmly in view.
- Through roadmaps you plan and communicate major product developments.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers in urgent situations and ensure that problems are solved quickly and sustainably.
- You reconcile the interests of stakeholders with those of our teams: you build bridges to other departments with different levels of expertise, network effectively, and achieve a high degree of alignment and commitment from all parties.
- You ensure crystal-clear priorities in your backlogs by making well-founded decisions and by effectively using the services of our PMO to maximize efficiency.
- You establish and use KPI-based early warning systems to continuously monitor product costs and schedules.
- You proactively identify risks and ensure transparent decisions and sustainable success through clear communication.
- Your goal is to maximize the value contribution of your teams — to do so you balance topics, clarify and coordinate work, prioritize, remove blockers, and celebrate successes with the teams.
Requirements
- Industry insider: Ideally you have experience in tourism or related industries and a strong ability to quickly immerse yourself in and get enthusiastic about complex domains.
- Strategic compass: You are forward-looking and capable of developing a clear product vision and operationalizing strategic goals.
- Dialogue conductor: As a skilled communicator you orchestrate exchanges between diverse stakeholders and teams and build bridges to create alignment.
