About the role
- You act as an interface between our clients and the development team
- Identify customer needs and requirements and develop solutions
- Primary point of contact for clients for functional questions or change requests
- Quality assurance and documentation
- Occasional travel within Europe to support customers
Requirements
- Experience in tourism; knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is an advantage
- Experience with Scrum working methods is an advantage; we also support a learning-by-doing approach
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and the ability to ask questions
- A certain level of IT affinity
- English language skills are required; we can arrange a refresher course for you if desired
