About the role
- Act as the interface between clients and the development team
- Identify client needs and requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding functional questions or change requests
- Ensure quality by implementing system adjustments after successful testing
- Document knowledge for internal use
- Occasional travel within Europe for client support
Requirements
- Experience with Scrum working methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- IT affinity required
- Proficiency in English required
